Saiyuki Reload:
Hazel Grouse awakens from a nightmare at the end of episode 13 of Reload. The set included an additional layer of his eyes closed, a final genga, and a layout drawing, but the feature image is our favorite. The earliest plan for the scene has a more extreme expression, but the final version is more subtle in conveying Hazel’s fear.
