While a very minor character from Inuyasha, Bunza is a little yamaneko, which means he is part of the cat cel collection! (He is called a “lynx demon in the English translation.)
Bunza is around the same age as Shippo. Both he and Inuyasha want to learn a barrier-breaking technique from a master wordsmith named Tōtōsai. Bunza acts tough and strong, but Inuyasha finds he is weak yet still determined to learn the technique to save his village.
Bunza becomes friends with Inuyasha and Inuyasha eventually accompanies him to his home to help rescue Bunza’s father. Inuyasha with his Tessaiga ultimately saves the village.
