This cel, an early addition to our collection, appears around the end of the first season of Wataru. It is a device controlled by a character called Nimda who activates it to destroy Wataru. The black hole transports Wataru into the past. Nimda and his black hole machine also appear in the second season in a battle that pits Wataru simultaneously against both Nimda and Doru.
