Noelle Falls from the Tower

This cel shows up in Step 13. After she avoids Dispell’s grasp, Noelle, wearing Ruka’s latest wings, plummets toward the ground.

This cel has 3 layers, one cel is airbrushed grey at the bottom which represents the shadow Noelle’s wings cast below her. The area next to the airbrushed layer is unpainted so the background would completely show through (the wall of the brick clock tower). Noelle’s hair is on one cel and the douga sketch is of her body. The 2nd drawing is just of the outline of the wings and in the light this drawing shows perforations used as a guide to cut out a stencil for the airbrushing. The pale blue/white around the legs are her wings.
