Dorogami is an evil god who is also the father of Dolan, Dodo, and Doru. He was originally a good god, but after a failed attempt to rule heaven, he was exiled to the demon world. His wife, the Water Goddess, accompanied him.
Later, he worked under Darkdar to control the land of Mount Soukai. This cel is from his battle with Wataru towards the end of the series.
