Tenshi ni Narumon, 1 layer, ? END, no sketch, no background, TV

This is a beautiful Eros with a 25-year studio seal. I couldn’t make out the cel number, but it is followed by END. This cel appeared on the series with a black painted background, so it was scanned with one I have around.
