Near the end of the first half of Step 13, Noelle and Ruka are at the clock tower waiting for the Durian comet. Suddenly a strong wind blows them back and Dispell descends through the air between them. When Ruka asks him who he is, Dispell replies “You’re of no use to me” and proceeds to attack her. We have 3 different stages of the attack.
This cel shows Dispell creating two fiery balls, one in each hand.
