A wartime Chiyoko runs attempting to catch up to the artist and activist as she sees him being led away by the police. Interestingly, this cel was used twice in the movie. The screencaps below show the cel as it appears both in the first scene and then as part of a montage of scenes of Chiyoko running near the end of the film.
