This is “Miho” in concert from episode 15, the final episode of Key the Metal Idol.
The puppet Miho is on the stage when Suichi accuses her of stealing the song Lullaby from another artist. The real Miho, weak and sick, is below the stage. She speaks for the puppet and declares the song is hers, then coughs up blood and passes out. Blood comes from the puppet’s mouth as well. The other Idol, Benito, takes over.
The puppet, now controlled by Beniko, appears angry as she prepares to wipe the blood from her face with her sleeve.
