It should be noted that Sara did not appear in the earlier episodes as she was invisible. Instead, a coffee mug floating in the air appears in her place. One member of the family is missing here, Baba. She appears in a close-up next to Noelle along with her vulture Nekhbet soon after this sequence is completed.
