The henshin sequence begins with Wataru drawing his sword and calling for Ryujinmaru the golden dragon. The gem on his chest glows and the dragon emerges and breaks down into particles that re-form into a mecha.
Once the mecha is fully formed it moves about before landing on its feet and poses. This cel shows up in the sequence.
In the show, there is more than one mecha sequence. They change as Wataru completes quests and gains more power.
