Brother and sister Masatsuki and Mutsuki Nenga are members of the Galactic Patrol tasked with finding and arresting the notorious Space Pirate Mito. Masatsuki has a device that can be used to turn anything nearby into a mecha. They are currently standing in a mechanical creation that was once a soda dispensing machine.
