Mama Loves Poyopoyosaurus is a comedy anime that combines the joys and frustrations of raising young children, which are the “poyopoyo” in the title (an onomatopoeia for unsteady young children toddling around). The series ran for 2 seasons in 1995-6. It is based on a book of 4-panel-style comics created by Takako Aonuma. The characters in the cel above are Jura Poyota age 3 and her brother Hyōga Poyota age 5, both in pre-school.
The art for the series is very charming and funny with a bright and expressive quality.
