Gensomaden Saiyuki:
Sanzo and his party arrive at a small village where the inhabitants have been waiting for 400 years for his return. However, soon after they arrive, a second Sanzo party arrives! The townspeople decide that the second party looks more respectable than the first. As a result, Sanzo, Goku, Goyjo, and Hakkai are thrown in jail.
Of course, the boys can actually break out anytime they want to, and they terrify the guard into bringing them a feast. Meanwhile, demon shenanigans occur, the fake guys are possessed and soundly beaten by Hakkai, Goku, and Goyjo, and the real Sanzo destroys the demon.
In the anime, only the top portion of this pan is seen. This drawing is the only way to see all 7 characters all together. This drawing is 21 inches wide x 13.5 high! I was unable to scan it myself, so this is the dealer’s scan. It looks even better in person.
