The members of the Clamp Elementary School Student Council are also the members of the Clamp School Detectives. They are 4th grader Akira Ijuin, 5th grader Suoh Takamura, and 6th grader and Elementary School Student President Nokoru Imonoyama. All three are excellent students and mostly excellent council members. (Nokoru is a notorious slacker when it comes to completing official paperwork.) They are also excellent detectives. Nokoru is especially invested in helping any member of the fairer sex when she is in distress no matter her age.
On their 20th anniversary, Studio Pierrot stamped any cels then in their possession with a celebration seal. As the studio is well-represented in the collection, more cels with the seal will show up here from time to time. The image in the center is a stylized clown face.
