Three of the lovely ladies of the comedy anime series Galaxy Angel are shown together on this oversize pan cel. The cel appears in episode 2. The girls are gambling at a roulette wheel.
The main characters travel the universe to find “lost technology”, but most of the time they find themselves getting into trouble. The episodes are 15 minutes long.
Galaxy Angel is a bishoujo (pretty girl) series and it was created by Broccoli and animated by Madhouse. The TV series ran in 2001. It was one of the last series to animate with cels.
As you can see in these screenshots, the cels of Ranpha and Forte are from one shot, but the Milfeulle cel shows up in a different screenshot. This happens occasionally when the cel layers are mixed up after shooting.
