Tenshi Ni Narumon’s villain Dispell is obsessed with capturing Noelle, the main character from the series. His many attempts occur in the first half of the series, with an elaborate plan that reaches its climax in Step 13 – “Round ‘n Round and Back at the Start”. The art in this particular episode is especially detailed.
